To open a Montefiore send secure encrypted email:

1. Open your personal email account.
2. Find and open the received encrypted email.
   
3. The email will appear as follows:
   
4. Click on Read the message, and the following screen will appear.
   
5. Click Sign in with a One-time Passcode. You will see the following screen:
   
6. Check your personal email again. You should have received an email from Microsoft with a one-time passcode.
   
7. Enter the passcode and hit the return key. Your email will appear as seen below, and the recipient should now be able to read and interact with email as usual.
